The training definitely met the expectations I had formed based on my previous experience of working with Barbara. What I like about her most is that she guides us in such a way that we make our own conclusions and solutions. Without any pressure. She doesn’t just sell us some new theories.

Perfectly-run training, active involvement of the attendees at all times, and a very interesting way of presenting the topics. Our lecturer came fully prepared to discuss the specific selling conditions which we encounter at work. Time really passed quickly and I enjoyed the training very much.

I like the way we covered the content at the workshops (through practical examples and games), so it was easier for everyone. Plus, Barbara is such a relaxed and positive person, which made training a lot more fun. So, to sum it up, I am happy to attend the workshops, to learn something and to connect at least a little bit more with my colleagues.
